- Shipping times can be affected by customs clearance times or public holidays. If you haven't received your order within the timeline listed above, please email us at support@sass-quatch.com.
- Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, due to a limitation of production from the manufacturers and couriers. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- It may take a few days to view tracking information before updated by the courier in their system. If your tracking number has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again in 24-48 hours.
WHAT IS ITEM PROCESSING TIME?
Item processing is the time between receiving your order, and dispatch. During this period, our suppliers will conduct thorough quality control tests to ensure quality prior to shipment, for your satisfaction. Larger orders may incur a longer processing time.
Processing time is approximately 3-4 business days. Please note that this period can be affected by the time of year, public holidays, or inventory status. We sincerely appreciate your patience in advanced.
ABOUT TAX:
In the event that you refuse to accept your order due to import duties, or taxes, you will take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges, and handling fees incurred. Please note that SassQuatch must abide by custom regulations, and cannot declare purchased items as a gift, or list items for an amount lower than that of the actual product price.
